For emergencies, please call 910.684.5577

Emergencies consist of:
     – No hot water
     – No A/C and the outside tempature is above 90 degrees
     – No Heat and the outside tempature is below 32 degrees
     – Water leaking, not dripping (for dripping faucets, please submit a request through the online portal)
     – Septic backup
     – Fire (please call 911 FIRST)

NON-emergency Maintenance

For non-emergency maintenance requests, you must submit your request through the portal.
